Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Like arrows that have found their mark, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products (handmade bows from our “Bow Making” section or custom arrows from “Arrow Making”)
  • Personalized equipment
  • Opened broadheads (for safety reasons)
  • Used targets (including Bearpaw Longlife 3D Targets and Bag Targets)

Return Process

Follow these steps as carefully as you would nock an arrow:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Await Approval – Our team responds within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible
  4. Ship Back to: Bearpaw Products, 5985 Lamar Street, Arvada, US 80003
  5. Track Your Return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Restocking Fee: 10% for opened but unused items (excluding defective products)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
  4. Customer covers additional shipping costs if the exchange item is more expensive

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For archers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
