However, we understand that sometimes equipment needs adjustment or replacement. Our returns policy is designed with the precision of arrow fletching to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Our Return Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Like selecting the right arrow spine, we’ve carefully considered which items can be returned:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made products (including handmade bows and arrows from our “Bow Making” and “Arrow Making” sections)
- Personalized equipment
- Opened broadheads (for safety reasons)
- Used targets (including our Bearpaw Longlife 3D Targets and Bag Targets)
The Return Process
Follow these steps as carefully as you would nock an arrow:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Await Approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible, ensuring items are protected like precious bowstrings
- Ship Back – Send to: Bearpaw Products, 5985 Lamar Street, Arvada, US 80003
- Track Your Return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Restocking Fee: 10% for opened but unused items (excluding defective products)
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
- Customer covers additional shipping costs if the exchange item is more expensive
Damaged or Defective Items
If your archery gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work as hard to prevent as proper arrow spine alignment):

- Provide photos of the damage/defect

For archers outside the United States:
